“I love the flat tip extensions I have started using. They stay in my (very fine) hair much better and do not get knotted with the extensions beside them. I do wish you would restock - the color I typically order has not been in stock for quite some time.”

“This was the 2nd time I’ve ordered from you unfortunately not impressed with the hair I received. It clumps together almost looks fack like Barbie doll hair ends are very dry! My hair dresser has had several clients purchase from you she said she’s never seen this before.”

“I bought five packs of klink extensions and my order has been cancelled. I have not been refunded. I bought them off after pay. I have had no mail from the company or the mailing company saying I will get my money back and the rest of the payments will stop. I’m only 16 years old. I cannot afford this and no one is helping me”

“I was disappointed that I could not get blond 600 12 inch. I had a $40 referral coupon that needed to be used with in a certain time frame. I kept checking to see if the 12 inch was available . No. Therefore, I had to get 14 inches. I have been ordering from you for the past several years and never had this happen.”
