“Habitat for Humanity has been using the door security plates for many years and they have prevented unauthorized entry to our houses many times. Ordering is easy and delivery is quick. Highly recommend.”

“My order arrived with a couple of missing components due to the poor handling while in transit. One quick call and e-mail to Armor Concepts and all my concerns were resolved and had replacement part within a couple of days. With parts in hand the install was quick and easy with no major issues or problems. In fact the extra long torx screws provided helped resolve a sagging door issue. Outstanding customer support and great follow up from the folks at the customer support desk. Cheers”

“I placed an order 7/19/2024 and paid for express shipping. The invoices stated it had been shipping but didn’t provide any type of tracking. I called customer service 7/24/2024 asking if they could confirm a tracking number which they could not. Later that evening, I received an email that my order had been canceled due to a “warehouse issue” Went and found the same product On Amazon and they are the vendor for this product. I ordered it through Amazon fulfilled by Armor and didn’t have to pay shipping, received it two days later. Why bother sell stuff on your website if you can’t fulfill the orders, but then you will fulfill them through Amazon and it’s coming from the same place? That said, I will be looking elsewhere for this product in the future. Ultimately, the service was terrible and Because they lack of care for certain types of orders lost me a job installing the product ordered because it took too long.”

“Hello, I purchased a Door Armor product in 2005, because we were going to b e away from our home, on business, for an extended poriod of time. There had been a robbery in the neighborhood recently, and we found door armor online and tried it. There were a few scuffs on our door, but no breakin !! We are satisfied, repeat customers!!!”

“Hi Alan I’m sorry this review took so long as I’m still going thru surgeries! I bought 1 door Armor and when I got it I was so surprised it was as described and better! So I bought 2 more why only protect your front door when I have 2 other doors to protect too. Customer service was none better! I’m not saying an intruder isn’t going to get in but I sure have a lot more time to get my defense ready to protect my family and home! Thank you so much!!!”

“Would go 4.7 if available. On board with the concept, but until I'm invaded/burgled, don't know how effective. Nevertheless, think it's a great idea, so installed on 3 doors. One criticism is the installation bits provided are very cheap and actually twist until unusable. They need to uograde the weak "single- use" screw bits. Otherwise, looking good and hoping they work if the worst happens”

“I have installed 2 Door kits so far and intend to purchase more. These are super easy to install and provide a lot of security from doors being kicked in. Watch the videos and you will see what a great product this is.I have recommended this product to all of my friends. I have several friends who are former Law Enforcement and they all state they are impressed with this product.”

“The device was easy to install except for the screw heads ($14 for torx screws). Multiple ones sripped out after the holes being pre-drilled. Would advise company to switch to torx head style. Wife feels more secure with the device installed. We had had reports of teenagers kicking in doors from a tik tok video request in our area.”

“I have a garage at a vacation property that is about an hour from my home. I was hesitant to leave anything of value in the garage due to concerns of break-in during long periods of being unoccupied. The Door Armor from Armor Concepts seems like a great solution and was quick and easy to install. I went with the Pro Max with Pry Protection and it has given me great peace of mind at a reasonable price.”
