I’m extremely mad. I ordered boba for 25+ dollars for me and my baby siblings. Time was decent. However, the bag freaking smelt like weed and drugs? Like do you expect me to give that to a 4 year old and a 2 year old? I literally just got food poisoning and now they’re gonna door dash me some drugged up boba. Not ok lol. Might delete door dash forever cus wtf? Look out for this door dasher 👎🏻

Y’all take a look at this from DoorDash. I order from this place on Friday. Now remind you I’m in Madison ordering two juices and two gallon of milk for my grandson. DoorDash did not want to refund me all my money which was 78 and some change. Now how can it say out of stock and I have a pics of the order that I ask for 2 juices and 2 milk’s. How and the hell I was charged for 5 12 packs of Diet Coke and 9 bottles of some fair life milk that I don’t drink or buy cause I don’t drink diet soda or drink that type of milk. Do y’all know that DoorDash did not give me all my money back. How can they not see the receipt for what was stolen and done. They only credit me 47 dollars back. They charge me twice for one order and added that total to the 78 dollars that was 102. Two separate charges. Please y’all DoorDash is a fraudulent. To some people that’s not a lot of money to y’all but for me that was a lot especially when you been charge for products you didn’t ordered or received. Have full proof and still got messed over. I have cancel DoorDash. Might got me one time but best to believe that’s the only damn time from this company that will get my business. I totally believe in God and you better believe DoorDash will get what’s coming for them for doing customers this way. Close down or shut down for fraudulent and keeping customers money. I’m speaking from bad experience with DOORDASH.

I took an order in the blizzard last night 45 minutes away. I completed the order and had a 91% rating before I took the trip. I had to drive 45 minutes back to town. on my way to town door dash purposely sent me about 5 dashes I had to refuse because I had been good enough to drive their customer their dinner in a blizzard so I was so far away from town. I don't mind and was happy to take some not so great orders along with the fast easy orders, but they took my score down for missing the orders because I was good enough to take their customers food further away in dangerous blizzard conditions and refused to fix it. there is no point in being nice to customers and trying for their stupid points if they're just going to rip their employees off of their good scores for being good drivers for their customers. it makes their point system obsolete if they're just going to rip you off out of your points for driving far for them in a blizzard, which if you ask me your points should go up for doing a far away order for them, not down. and they allow people that have credentials to go onto post the chance to clock in for a few hours at a time but the people that don't have base credentials can only clock in for 30 minutes to an hour at a time. the app takes 10 minutes to recognize that a driver is available again after it clocks them out of their shift which they're only allowing 30 min to an hour clock ins so that's 10 minutes out of every 30 minutes to an hour that if in town, I have to sit with my car idling wasting gas and time to wait for the stupid app to recognize I'm available. that's a whole hour out of every five hours WASTED of gas and time which is also an ecological issue. it is discrimination to do this only to people that don't have credentials to get onto the military post. then after I called them and told them this is unacceptable, they sent me on a run 45 minutes away to a pizza store that was closed 2 hours previous, and when I called to tell them the pizza store was closed and ask them how to proceed they refused to even reimburse me for the time and gas. they have a good driver. I had a score of 91 and was always early with my deliveries but they are treating me very badly. I tried to speak to them for two days about all this but they refuse to put a manager on the phone. I don't know how to reach a manager anymore other than to put the problems right here and hope someone sees them.

Today, Wednesday, I filed a bank claim on DoorDash. Saturday I made a $73 order and received it. Complete. An hour later I get an email notify of $104 extra for substitutions! Which I never authorized nor received. Called DD at once. Offered $57 Dash credit. I demanded full refund and to method- my card- used to pay. They agreed to my appeal and said 3 days. Day 4 I call. Support keeps cutting my off. Email support fails. Finally I get one on Chat. She says I’m filing too late for any action. Meaning support was stalling. I started this claim the hour it showed up on the 2nd. Now I don’t have a penny from this and they fully cut me off.

The dasher dropped my food at the wrong location & they only credited me 3.00 & some change from the amount I paid. I did not receive my food or my money back. I contacted their support & they told me that the driver could not reach me, I sent screenshots of the dasher & my text messages, where I clearly described the location. More than once. The driver still dropped it at the wrong location & sent me a picture, I text the driver back & let him know I did not receive my order & he said he would figure something out. Meanwhile customer service is still telling me they can only give me 3.44. I gave them my money & I got no food. I am beyond livid. The dashers are incompetent & the company is not delivering on the service they are advertising. I told them to contact their driver, they should have a way to make sure I get my order & contact their drivers. They told me all they could do was give me 3.44 back. How dare they keep my money and act like it’s paining them to refund me more than it’s paining me to give somebody my money for no service nor product. It’s now 1:48 Am and I am now wasting more of my time to give this review. I have also left a review with the better business bureau. I am so angry. They have my money, gave me no product, & wasted all of my time. They should be held accountable to deliver on the service they are advertising & if they can not give people their money back. No where on their policy does it state they don’t give refunds. How can you take someone’s money & give them nothing?? I’m ready to sue them over this. It’s really criminal.

My order was delivered to a different address than the address listed on my account. I contacted DoorDash customer support 4 separate times and each time I was denied a refund or even just that the item I ordered just be delivered. The photo the dasher left of the package at a front door is not my front door and even on the app the gps shows the package was left blocks from my home. I’m a disabled war veteran and I’m on a fixed income. I’m he way I’ve been treated hby these customer service workers and how little value my income has to them has made me decide to seek legal counsel. I plan on putting everything I have into gathering others that this has happened to and forming a class action lawsuit. I’m appalled at how they’ve treated me.

Well they delivered my food 1500 miles away so they claimed with an old pic sent to me and the wrong place when i asked for a refund they refused..so do not use door dash..use uber eats instead..doordash is the worse food delivery company outthere

I was charged for $110 worth of food that never arrived and the refund was not approved after multiple appeals. I will never use door dash again and recommend deleting your app. This was only my 2nd time using the app. I received someone else's order and paid $110 for $20 worth of someone elses food. When I requested to speak to a supervisor I was informed that my only option is to speak with my bank and see if they would refund me and then doordash disconnected my call. I attached the picture of my order through the app and then the receipt of what I received. I ordered 4 burgers, received one vegan burger and was denied a refund.

The delivery guy stole my food! He can to the door suspiciously without my order said he was going to get it out of the car and jump in and told his friend to pull off. I have to wait 3 business for my refund of being double charged compared to the restaurant!

As a dasher, we depend on customers to tip. In louisville, KY they only pay $2.50 and want customers to tip. We can't even buy gas for $2.50 so doing door dash is driving out gas just to put gas back in your car. As hard as dashing is on a person's car, working as dasher doesn't even pay enough to keep up with maintenance.

I placed an order through door dash for some Italian food for my family after just adding the door dash app . I started to receive msgs Insp saying my food had arrived we went outside but nothing at the front door I opened the app and reported the food had not arrived the app responded your rider has delivered the food I tried to contact the rider for over thirty minutes with no reply eventually the rider called said he delivered the food I said it is not hear and to return to my house to verify nearly 50 minutes passed since food had apparently been delivered eventually whilst waiting for the rider to return my neighbour knocked on my door and said we just found this outside is it yours then the rider arrived to my neighbour and my neighbours said you delivered food to incorrect address I placed numerous complaints to door dash customer service only to be denied a refund for my cold food DOOR DASH are useless I now use Uber eats with no problems.

My wife order food cost $16.98. We waited, and later I got notification saying that the driver has arrived. I went outside and noticed my gate was open, but no food. We called the driver. She said she had my food in her car but she’s not bringing it back. My wife and the driver got into an argument because she will not bring the food back. We contacted customer service and they denied our refund. So I spent 16.98 with DoorDash didn’t get no food and couldn’t even get a refund. What a rip off. I’m never using DoorDash ever again. And I’m pretty much telling everyone I know about my experience.

I am so disappointed!!!! I ordered food last-night, Taco Bell. My husband and I are staying at a B&B for our wedding anniversary. First off, we never received our food!! There was never a picture of the delivery posted for me to even see if the delivery person just delivered to the wrong place. I also messaged the delivery person within minutes of being notified that it was delivered and they seen the messages but rather than replying, they just closed out the chat with my reply!!!!!! I am a faithful DoorDash customer but I will not remain one if this issue is not resolved!!!! The drivery person needs to be reprimanded someway for his actions!!!!!

Discriminated against because of my religion. I asked for the number to the store as it wasn’t on google (new wawa location) and they provided me with the incorrect number. I explained that we are muslim and don’t eat pork, and need to contact the store so they don’t make pork sausages sandwiches. Whoever CA is, doesn’t like muslims as you can see he disconnected the chat immediately without assisting me!

I had a terrible experience with Doordash on February 10th within 20 min I canceled the order and it was successfully processed. However on Feb 14th my credit was charged for 48.19 when I called customer service I was refused the refund and they blocked me I called again and i was told my case has been referred to client care I will hear from them in 24hr.no reply or call back so I called and again I'm refused. I paid for order I never received. This is fraud and scam....terrible experience..not happy client..Will not recommend Doordash to anyone...

Doordash needs to be out of business. The drivers delivers the wrong products or deliver to wrong address. On two separate occasions driver has delivered my food to the wrong address and I didn't get my food or a refund. Good luck trying to get an agent to help. It's hard times out here to be ordering food that's already high with tips and without getting your food. Should file a class action suit for all the people they screwed over.

After making our very first order using DoorDash, we had high hopes that it would go well and that we'd receive the dinner for two from Maggiano's Little Italy restaurant. The order included Chicken Piccatta (3 pieces), Fettucine Alfredo, bread, Caesar Salad and lemon cookies When the "DoorDasher" arrived, she handed me a bag barely large enough to hold a ham sandwich and then turned and got in her car and left. I was stunned, and thought she was going back to her car to get another bag. She got in and left. The bag she gave us only had the salad, the cookies and plastic utensils in it The main course, the side and bread were missing and couldn't have fit in the tiny bag she handed me. When I texted her to report that the bulk of our order was missing, she said it was the restaurant's fault and that she'd report it to DoorDash. Within minutes, we received a "template email" from DoorDash Support stating "You recently reported an issue with your DoorDash order. Based on the details you shared, we escalated your case to a specialist on our team for additional review. We're following up to let you know that we've concluded our review and have made the decision to deny your refund request. We recognize that you may be disappointed by this outcome, but we based our decision on a comprehensive analysis of all relevant factors, including the full details of the order, the details of your refund request, and your overall account history. While we could not fulfill your request this time, please rest assured that we'll continue to work to improve our process to ensure you'll have a great experience moving forward." DoorDash didn't step up to take ownership of the fact that their delivery driver failed to check the contents of the bag against the attached order receipt listing the items we ordered. And then made no real effort to examine the fact that we had been shorted the bulk of our order costing us a total of $69.02 - a combination of a $35.00 DoorDash gift credit from a friend and a $34.02 charge to our credit card. There was also a $9.50 tip for the delivery person. So, Doordash took no responsibility for the fact that they did not deliver the complete order and blew us off with a nonsense email reply stating " a comprehensive analysis of all relevant factors, including the full details of the order, the details of your refund request". I called their support and got a person who was very difficult to understand (accent) and was equally evasive about DoorDash's responsibility. They simply choose to let the customer get screwed. Add us to the growing list of unhappy customers who got cheated by DoorDash and because of that will never make another order through them. Photos provided show the receipt that was stapled to the bag and a photo of the bag that was delivered containing only the salad container and little bag with utensils.
