Disgusting! Paid stupid amount for next day delivery for the driver to take a photo of my next door neighbours house with a comment ‘sorry we missed you’ when I live NEXT DOOR! I waited in all day for this delivery but now I won’t receive it until April 2nd which is 5 days later. Phoned customer service who stated the driver will come back by 6pm. 6pm came nothing! So I called again which they apologised they never got hold of the driver in the first place. Never will I arrange a delivery with this company again! Customer service is disgraceful.

There was a temporary road closure near my property and a diversion was in place. Instead of taking the diversion or carrying the parcel 200 yards or taking the parcel back to base and delivering the next day the driver elected to drop the parcel off at a collection point miles away. They refused to retrieve the parcel and deliver again. My only option is the make a special trip and drive miles to retrieve the parcel or wait a week for them to pick up the parcel from the collection point and return it to the sender who will then send it back to me. You couldn't make it up!!!

We were in ALL DAY!!! Had a message "sorry we missed you." ??????????? WHY??? Had to travel by car to collect it . FUMING!!!. Just sick of lies and incompetence

I've got 2 slipped discs and asked the courier nicely if he would put it inside my door way on the floor. But he said no. I would never use this company in the future.

New should have been delivered Monday then Tuesday same thing nobody knocked on door was instructed to leave at neighbours no joy both days arranged to get parcel from pick up point ended up talking to a operator I explained I've no passport or driving licence and all the bills are in brothers name he put the phone down on me

Horrible service, they always have issues delivering my package to me and on few occasions they deliver my package to the wrong city.

iPhone expected for delivery . Didn’t even knock on the door. I can’t get through to customer service because of their automated phone system - the whole things a shambles - ridiculous for a phone that costs over £1500! Should have more care and priority for items of significance . I can’t contact my family now as it hasn’t arrived and I was counting on it as my other phone broke ! Ridiculous !

Unfortunately due to the choice of a sender, I had to experience the service of this delivery company. Every time DPD has something to deliver to me, it's either they don't knock and actually wait for the reply or can't process any changes to the delivery. The speed of processing any request is so slow that you may end up receiving your parcel after 2+ weeks of waiting. DPD - fix the way you provide the service!!! I wouldn't recommend DPD even an enemy!

Driver left the parcel at the wrong complex left it round the porch and took a photo and then says it was delivered to me spent all day trying to find it these drivers only want to drop off anywhere to get payed look at the maps to find an address may help will not accept any product that uses dpd as this is not the only time i have problems with them

Sham of a delivery service. They don’t actually deliver. They say sorry we missed you and send you a picture of some random house that is not your house to begin with. Their customer service centre is a joke too. I called them and complained. I was told the driver could not find my house but he still managed to take a picture of the house he could not find (which is not my house). I then had a second delivery from a different retailer on the same days and got the same ‘we are sorry we missed you’ email with an image another house, not the first fake image they sent me or my own house. I called the retailers, I cannot get a refund until the parcels are ent back. I had also paid £8.00 to upgrade to Saturday delivery and lost my money. What kind of delivery service can’t find your home but still manage to take two images of two completely separate homes - that are not your home - and claim they tried to deliver? A highly inefficient and dishonest company is my opinion.

Zero stars. Yet again the driver does not follow the instructions ( details both with dpd and on my front door) on where to deliver my parcel ( back door) due to my disabilities. Luckily I noticed him sitting in his van playing on his phone. When questioned he remained completely indifferent. A disgusting attitude of both driver and company as a whole.

Worst delivery service. They send back parcels to the shop without trying to send them to you, just because they are busy???!!! Now I have to wait 1 month to get my money (more than £200) back and repeat the purchase again? 0/5 starts, you ruined my month.

This was meant to be a 0 star not even 1. I bought some items through Everything £5 Ltd and they despatched it on the 18/03/24 through DPD. DPD sent an email that it was due for delivery on 20/03/24 and requested for pickup at the nearest DPD pick up point. I got an email that it will be delivered to the DPD pick up point on the 21/03/24. On the 21/03/24, l tracked the parcel to find out if it has been delivered to the pick up point and saw that my parcel is been returned back to Everything £5 Ltd. I was devastated as l needed this parcel for my daughter's birthday and no one from DPD has informed me prior or re attempted delivery back to my house or Phone me to find out what my choice is or tried to deliver to another pick up point ... THEY JUST REDIRECTED IT BACK TO THE SENDER. WHO DOES THAT? I phoned Everything 5 ltd and the unhelpful lady cheryl said DPD made a mistake of returning back to them because there was no space at their DPD pick up point. They didn't offer any redelivery or to call me but just decided to return to sender because there is no space at their pick up point and they have refused to redeliver my parcel as requested. I have emailed their Executive, got no response. I requested for escalation and made a formal complaint but my email was ignored. The dpd claim email then asked me to call them if l want to make a claim in the first instance. Nothing mentioned about my parcel. Since the 21/03/24, there has been no update on their tracking site about my parcel. I have phoned their line and cannot get hold of them. I am so devastated, my child is so traumatised. Everything 5 ltd said they would refund me, it is not about the refund but the purpose of why the items was purchased and what it was needed for.. I am now taking actions to sue for the emotional trauma this has caused me and my child. Both DPD and everything 5 ltd will need to meet me in court... I have been a customer with everything ltd for over 5 years but this is it for me.... We are so traumatised by this experience and they are just unwilling to help.

Terrible service from DPD! I will avoid using them from now on. Their driver must've been in so much of a hurry he didn't allow me enough time to answer the door! I desperately tried to get DPD to drop the parcel off somewhere else or for me to catch with the driver but they flatly refused. Their excuse was that their driver has a tight schedule, you're telling me!

DPD decided because of road works and the inconvenience of travelling 500 meters more to access my drop off point, that they would deliver my parcel to a place I couldn't access! nore did I instruct to be delivered too. Ham-Shankers. Another business day lost to Ham-Shankers.

DPD lie about making an attempt to deliver and instead take directly to the pick up location. Avoid if you want to receive an item to your address.

Terrible delivery service. 3 times the driver took no notice of delivery notes to leave next door. Customer services are a waste of time, make up lies, have no contact for drivers or depots. Avoid this company.

DPD not for pharmacy or housebound deliveries DPD was to deliver a chemist parcel to my elderly parents who are unwell. They didn't get an answer so decided to drop it off at a local shop instead completely defeating the purpose of ordering it online for delivery. When I tried to rearrange delivery or complain there was no way to do so. Just went on a loop tracking it to be sent back to where I started. There isn't even a way to complain. Poor service, poor website, a complete waste of time and energy. Do not order anything from a chemist or similar for delivery to anyone who can't go collect it because these people just don't care.
