“I have not received my order yet. I purchased the item on this site and paid more than other sites because the site indicated that the product was in stock. I was informed after purchasing that the product was not in stock. Disappointed.”

“I'm not sure what to think. I opened the package for the first one and followed your directions for putting it up but there seemed to be no adhesive on it. It did not stick to the wall, in fact, it didnt even stick to itself, one adhesive part to another I came back to it about an hour later and it wasn't sticky at all. I have not opened the other 3 packages. I'm going to try another piece of the first roll and see what happens. The package arrived very quickly but we'll see what happens tomorrow with the next piece”

“Ordered product online, shipping was way faster than what my confirmation had quoted. The border was as pictured, but unfortunately the “prepasted” product either wasn’t prepasted or it had a defect of sorts, because it will not stay up. I guess that I’m going to have to use wallpaper paste and on that note it is disappointing.”

“HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE> If I could give a 0/5, I would. I have called this company 3x and no return phone call. I ordered 2 different borders for my mom. When I received the one border, it was a yellow and blue rose pattern #5508500, the one package had a price sticker of $1.99 on it. Yet, I was charged $18.99 per roll. That really wasn't an issue tho.....because when I bought it for her, the price was what it was. They must have had it on clearance and forgot to take the price sticker off of it and of course didn't give it to me at clearance price. BUT, it is advertised as prepasted, it is not. Then, the other border...#EG022103B.....I needed one more roll, as I ran out and wanted to make sure I got the same lot # when I ordered the other roll. SO, I called them MULTIPLE times and they didn't return my call. I WOULD NEVER, WILL NEVER use this company again. I tried calling, live chat and email. One of the questions when you are doing the review is, how quick did the company reply? NEVER!!!! my order ID# is 29705”
