“Product was as described and was shipped promptly. My only irritation was that one price for shipping came up on the main page, but the final shipping charge was different. I could find no reason for this. Also, it was clear from the shipping location that this product was sent from Canada, yet the whole website was in American currency. While there was an option for Canadian pricing, the end transaction was done in USD, which is not a very enticing way to retain Canadian customers.”

“I gave one star because there is no option to leave ZERO stars. I placed an order on October 3, 2020. It is now Oct 30, 20202, and I still have not received my order. I have emailed several times and each time I get the runaround. I asked for a refund because I believe this company is a complete scam, and I probably would never have received my order. If I don’t receive a response email today regarding a refund, I will dispute it with my bank. If you need something for your home in a reasonable amount of time, this is the last place you would want to shop. We’re looking for a positive shopping experience, steer clear of this place.”

“I placed an order on Oct 3, 2020. I specifically asked how long it would take to get the item and they told me it would ship out within 3 to 5 days. It is now October 20, 2020 and I still have not received my item. I have emailed them numerous times where I’ve gotten a complete run around. It’s so frustrating that I just asked for a refund and I’m waiting to hear back. I feel like this company is a complete scam. I also have not been able to find them on the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully they will refund me so I can purchase what I need elsewhere. Unfortunately, I cannot give a review on the product since it was never received!”

“I love the design on this border! It fits what my husband is interested in and even tho I closed out the website to look later, I was able to find it again. Haven't put it up yet so can't speak to the ease of that.”
