“I recomanded at all of my cuba's friends to act with you”

“I had a problem with a remittance to Cuba. I entered a wrong card number for the recipient there. A few hours after that I received an email from Duales telling me about the problem and requesting me to send them te rigth number. I did it and in less than 24 hours the recipient had already received the remittance. The staff is very kind and helpful.”

“Your service fees are in US dollars but my purchase is in Canada. They should be in the currency of the country of the purchase. You should allow US dollar purchases be charged in US dollars on my credit card so I don't have to pay your high currency exchange fees.”

“Hi! First, l had some problems with the transfer, I had to do it two times to be able to complete the transaction. But the worst thing is the cost of the transfer. I don't understand why the price increases with the amount because, for you, a 100 $ transfer or a 400 $ transfer requires the same time and the same work. I think because you are the only one to be able to do those transfers, you take advantage of the situation and abuse us. For me, it is like stealing us. I paid more than 100 $ for a 400 $Transfer. Unacceptable.”
