“Too intrusive. Too many personal questions about ourselves in order to register. Job, passport/personal ID, pretty much like renewing a Cuban passport. It made me think that Cuban authorities are behind all this. No, thank you!”

“The service is excellent as well as the customer care, personally I have been sending money to my family using this service for several years and I have never had any problems the service is fast and secure I just wish they could offer the possibility that the money can be delivered in USD, and not only in CUC or CUP as up to now, especially in the current circumstances on the island. helping to solve the needs of our families and friends in Cuba that is the fundamental purpose why many customers seek these services. “I try to make the confirmation of my account and it doesn't work. The link that I received by email doesn't work... I try to call but it doesn't work. I send an email and the person said me that my problem is my email ! I don't have problems with my e-mail. So my account don't work so I'm not happy about your service.”

“I have used dueles multiple times now. My first experience was not exactly what I was expecting. As I had paid for home delivery and they delivered it to a city nearby and my receiver had to travel for many hours to receive the money. But I decided to try the service again. And since that time they have delivered directly to the house every time within 24 to 48 hours. I will continue to use this service as long as it is offered and continue to recommend it to friends and family. Thank you”

“Necesitan enviar confirmación que el dinero enviado a ustedes fué recibido, porque nosotros los remitentes nos quedamos con la duda si lo recibieron o no, yo recibí sólo una confirmación que se había iniciado la operación con todo los datos de mi transacción, pero ya había realizado satisfactoriamente el depósito por email transfer, pero no he recibido ningún email donde me confirmen que ustedes lo recibieron y esto me da mucha preocupación, ya que hay muchos sitios falsos le sugiero por favor con todo el respeto que ustedes se merecen me envíen una confirmación del dinero recibido,”

“i had a lot of problems typing in street address to my benifiuary as red line always showed up and had to use his mothers address and took a few tries. They also indicated home delivery would from 1 to 4 days and i know the virus concerns but its all electronic . have to do eveything on line and would like to talk with someone in past and i used your service b4 and do i get notified delivery arrived. thanks daniel acs”

“Problem is if you want to make more than 1 transaction. When you finish the first transaction the system says the transaction process okay. Buy you cannot go back to the menu for a new transaction.”
