“I use duales-com twice a month to send money to my friends. The service is excellent the money usual arrives at my friends house the day after I place the order. “Cash was delivered to rural Cuba within 48 hours. Great service. Costs a bit higher than Western Union. But Western Union has stopped delivering to Cuba (except for family.)”
