“YOU HAVE A PROFESSIOAL FORMAT AND IHAVE SPENT HOURS FILLING IN YOUR REGESTRATION AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SUBMIT MY TD VISA CARD TO COVER THE 100CUC I NEED TO SEND TO MY GIRLFRIEND IN CUBA WITH 2 SMALL DAUGHTERS THAT A VIRTUALLY STARVING. I SENT E MAILS AND CALLED YOUR HELP NUMBER AND I AM LOSING FAITH IN YOU COMPANY. I JUST NEED TO KNOW WHY I CANT GET TO THE VISA PAYMENT STEP. I HAVE OTHER PEOPLE WHO WILL USE YOUR SERVICE THE ADDRESS BOX COMES UP RED UNDERLINE WHEN I USE THE WORD CALLE. I HAVE SENT E MAILS IN REGARDS TO THIS BUT HAVE HEARD NO RETURN. THERE IS NO OTHER INFORMATION THAT UNDERLINES RED. ON MARIAS PHOTO ID CARD THE ADDRESS STARTS WITH CALLE 9 #3E/CALLE CENTRAL Y CALLE PAOMINO I TRIED IT IN LOWER CASE AS WELL SINCERELY ROBERTCARTER”

“Exelente tienen 5 estrellas es la primera ves que uso duales para enviar dinero a mi familia en cuba ,cienfuegos y fue bastante rapido yo lo ordene el lunes en la noche y el miercoles en la tarde ya mi familia tenia en dinero en sus manos porque fue entrega a domicilio, muchas gracias duales. lo recomiendo”

“Excellent service provided by Sonia. My friend received the money. It took an extra day only because I had the wrong municipality. YThey were able to contact my friend by phone and correct the mistake and deliver the money. I will be using the site again.”

“Recomiendo a Duales 100%. al principio teni mis dudas pero igual decidi hacer el envio, Sonia que fue quien respondio todas mis preguntas es muy amable y pudo ayudarme en todo momento. el pago para la trasferencia la efectue ayer y hoy a la 1pm ya mis familiares tenian el dinero en sus manos, cabe notar que mi familia vive en Pesqueria, Baragua y fueron hasta su casa hacer la entrega. la verdad no tengo palabras estoy extremadamente satisfecha y seguire usando sus servicios. “I have been using Duales for a number of years to send money to friends in Cuba. Their service is 5 star. I routinely have questions or run into problems that I have created. The great folks from Duales seem to anticiapte my problems and are always available to straighten me out. Thanks for the incredible Customer Service.”
