“My wife is in Cuba unable to come here because of the travel restrictions , I was very sceptical about using Duales but it was my last hope of getting money to her as all other options were a no go ... So Friday afternoon i made an account and crossed my fingers, Last night around 7.30pm my wife called ecstatic that the money was delivered right to her door , the delivery boy was sorry he was late because he was busy also delivering to Varadero and Santa Marta. I am 100% satisfied with this company and the service they provide and have no hesitation using them again next week”

“Estoy impresionado con este servicio. Yo estaba un poco desconfiado despues que lo encontre en unas busqueda en google. Decidi probar el servicio, y ellos hacen entregas en las casa en toda la isla. Ademas tu puedes depositar el dinero en cualquier tarjeta CUC or CUP en Cuba. Los cargos por el servicio son los mejores que he visto ( espero que no los suban) pero por el momento tienen mejores tarifas que la WesterUnion ( no realizan entregas ni depositos en tarjetas) y mejor que Cubamax el servicio que usaba antes de encontrar Duales. I'm impressed by this service. I was a bit skeptical when I found it after an online google search. I decided to try it and to my surprise, they do home delivery in the whole island of Cuba. Furthermore, you can deposit the money virtually to any of the bank cards available in Cuba CUP or CUC. On the other hand, the fees are the best I have seen ( I hope they don't raise them) but so far they got better rates than WesterUnion and Cubamax the service I used to use before I found them.”

“This service is so extraordinary that I don't know how they make money or why they're in business. I used Duales for the first time since Western Union stopped sending money from Canada to Cuba. The money was delivered to the door less than 2 days (43 hours) after I made the order. The courier made the delivery to a house 2 km outside a town on a motorbike over a dirt road full of potholes, for a fee of only 4 CUC. On top of that, their exchange rate is great. Only 2 cents above the nominal rate. Even the Cadeca in Cuba takes 3.7 cents and Western Union takes about 9.5 cents above the nominal rate. I paid $153 to send 100 CUC while Western Union would have charged $11 more. Incredible service.”

“Excelente comunicación, sobresaliente servicio, relampagueante despacho. Los fondos llegaron a su destinatario en menos de 24 horas de ser solicitados.
