“I sent money on a Thursday to Cuba, I wrote them on Saturday to see when the money would be delivered, and I received an email shortly after explaining they were organizing everything and would get it out as soon as they could. Within a few hours the money was delivered. I am so thankful to them for getting the money to my family especially during such chaotic times in the world. Thank you all for helping us! “Very good service and promptly (24 hours to get the money in the Cuban account) The only snag is that the your system is changing my first name. So I needed help from Sonia, your Toronto Operator, to complete the transaction. So my first name is Ronald (not Richard). Could you please correct or show me how to correct. Thank you regards”
