“I have used Duales for 10 years for home-delivery to Las Tunas. When I needed to send lots of money to buy a bus, they allowed me to send more than the normal limit. When a relative got only 135 cuc instead of the 165 cuc that I sent, the problem was fixed by internet in only 3 hours. When I sent money to a small village outside of Las Tunas, to a house which had no street name, and no number, they found my relative without any problems. Duales is great !”

“About 1 month ago I did send a very negative review about this company because I could not get in touch with anybody. 2 days later I was contacted and everything turned out to be fine. The money got to Cuba in 2 days, home delivery. Excellent transaction. That is why I'm still with you. Thank you Merry Christmas and Happy and Safe New Year to all of you.”
