“It is a good service they provide and it works very good I only wish they had more support when you call they do get back to you eventually but I'm sure they have many calls to attend to the only thing that I would like to see improved is more response to questions or problems and some live operators to talk to”

“It is overall a good service. Getting to contact someone if there is an issue is and has been a problem. Telephone system very antiquated. I sent 2 communication, 1 by telepphone and one by email in the last week or so. So far no relpy or acknowledgement.”
