“I placed the order at lunch time on Tuesday and I received a confirmation at 2:37pm. 24 hours later I was asked to review Duales. Today is it afternoon on SATURDAY and after 4 days they have NOT received the money. HUMMMMMMMMMM What kind of rating would you give Duales. My recipient has been waiting patiently by the phone waiting for the call and the money but nothing yet. I called the company on Saturday and the money was delivered on Sunday. Thank you.”

“I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE FROM DUALES LATELY. I KNOW THAT WHEN I SEND FUNDS THAT THEY WILL BE DELIVERED IN A FEW DAYS. I AM NOT SURE IF THE DELIVERY IS BEEN WATCHED OR NOT. MY FRIEND AND HER SON MOVED TO AN OUTER ROOM TWO NIGHTS AGO BECAUSE OF ALL THE MOSQUITOES AND SHE COULD RUN HER AIR CONDITIONER TO COOL OFF THE ROOM. AFTER A TIME SHE COULD HEAR SOMEONE IN THE REST OF THE HOME MOVING CLOTHES HANGERS AND DOORS. SHE THEN CALLED THE POLICE AND THEY CAME WITH ALL THEIR NOISE AND THE SIRIAN BLOWING. SHE CAME OUT OF THIS ROOM AND MET THE POLICE MEN FROM A BACK DIRECTION. THEY CHECKED HER HOME AND THEY FOUND THE ROBBER HAVD USED A STICK THROUGH ONE OF THE CLOSEST WINDOWS TO OPEN HER FRONT DOOR. THE SAW THAT HER SAFE HAD BEEN OPENED. SHE HAD STORED THE KEY IN A POCKET ON ONE THE OF THE CLOTHES THE ROBBER HAD FOUND IT AND USED IT. SHE HAD NOT WRITTEN DOWN THE NUMBERS ON THE US BILLS. SHE LOST $600.00 US . DO YOUR PEOPLE RECORD THE NUMBER OF THE BILLS.? IT IS NOW IN THE HANDS OF THE POLICE. THEY ALSO FOUND A LENGTH OF ROPE LIKE THEY MIGHT HAVE PLANNED TO TIE HER AND HER SON UP. I ASSUME THERE IS NO INSURANCEI ON YOUR PART INVOLVED WITH HER LOSSES. SHE FEELS LUCKEY TO BE ALIVE”

“Estimados senores: la seguridad de Uds. es (100), la página (100), la honestidad (100), sin embargo, actualmente se está demorando más que de costumbre (90) y se nos obliga a enviar $100 como mínimo (70). Antes eran $50, yo soy jubilado y me cuesta trabajo reunir $100. Yo soy su fiel cliente desde 2010. Tengan en cuenta mis 13 anos de experiencia con Uds. y mi lealtad.
