“Hi There! I made an order just over a month ago and it did take sometime to be delivered to me , but l was checking the movement on UPS app! I was already aware that it would take time for my item to be transported and l am aware of how long customers in Germany and UK are and they are not fast unfortunatly ! I have been purchasing items for years at the Romford Branch via the website or via phone or even taking a day trip to the Romford store which l really enjoyed ! Shame l could not line on the store and play all the instruments they had! So it was very sad to hear that they no longer have musical instruments in store and that that section is not empty and that there is only the customer care office which l guess is closed to the public ! I also remember when they had a small store in Clapham. Which sadly closed ! Now going from experience with my own past employment ! The company had to close stores due the building owners increasing the rent to an unreasonable amount . So l understand why the Romford store has closed , but they still can take orders . I just hope the staff keep there jobs! I want to thank all staff at the Romford and Clapham store for their excellent service and l wish all staff at Romford store the best for the fufure and staff in the Germany Warehouse best for the future ! I hope all customers like myself understand that the current times in retail are very difficult right now and l know DV247 staff will always try the best to help within what they can do! Boarder control is something DV247 cannot control! But Customers will get all of there items eventually! Is customer just have to be patient and not blame DV247 staff for outside influences such as boarder control and delivery services such as UPS! I am very happy with my X2222 usb mixer! Shame theirs was no up to date catalogue! But of course that would add wait to my item for delivery ! I will still purchase musical instruments for DV247. My personal opinion is DV247 is the best store and warehouse in Europe ! And l will continue purchasing items from them! Best Regards - Tim @ IRONIKAS MIND ( The band and studio)”

“Now I have seen a lot of bad reviews on this site, some of them so bad I very nearly didn't use DV247 at all. Still, if you're like me a left-handed beginner guitarist, who doesn't have the confidence yet to get a right-handed guitar and restring it, then you probably rely on getting left-handed guitars, you also probably know that trying to find a reasonably priced but decent guitar is damn hard work because left-handed guitars, in general, are quite hard to come by, I have been looking for a semi-acoustic guitar for Christmas for the last couple of weeks, I live pretty much the middle of nowhere and my closest music shop is 45 minutes away but also I have been to that particular shop a few times got my first guitar from them, the ONLY left-handed acoustic guitar in the shop out of the 10-15 acoustic guitars they had, out of all of their guitars only two of them were left-handed, that's how rare it is for left-handed guitarists to enter their shop, so with very little options, I had to look online. All of the other sites charged an astronomical amount for shipping or the odds of me getting the guitar by Christmas were pretty slim. DV247, was the only site that offered reasonably priced shipping and a decent timeframe of delivery, I can't fault DV247, I called them with a query and not only was the phone answered quickly, but the man on the phone was also very friendly and answered my query swiftly. My guitar arrived earlier than the tracking said it was going to be here, so I can't complain about that, I checked the guitar and it looks to be in pristine condition, honestly a very beautiful instrument. And again amazing service from DV247 from start to finish, I honestly cannot fault them.”

“Having placed an order for a drum amp with DV247, I then -somewhat ruefully - read the reviews and started to wonder whether I’d done the right thing. But I have to say that I found their services more than satisfactory in all respects. The ordering process was straightforward, and I was even able to get a little interest-free credit by using PayPal. Once I had registered an account with DV247, I was able to check the projected delivery date, which proved to be 100% accurate. Yes, goods come from Germany, but my drum amp arrived in good condition, on the correct day, and within ten days of my ordering it. I haven’t needed to contact customer services for any reason, and on the strength of this recent purchase, would have no hesitation in using their services again in the future.”

“I was weary about being hit with brexit charges as orders come from outside of the U.K. so have them a call and the advised cat is already applied and basically what you see is what you get. So orders Mwm phase from them. Considerably cheaper than all other outlets and arrived within 5 working days with free delivery. Package in perfect condition. Good customer service and the price was great. I’ve also ordered some other DJ equipment from here earlier in the year and same story - much cheaper than everyone else based in the U.K. and no problems with delivery. Now my go to place for music equipment.”

“I bought a Bass guitar from DV247.com but only after placing the order did I see these negative reviews. As you can imagine, I was very concerned. However, my experience with them has been nothing short of exceptional. My guitar was shipped from Germany but I had no issues, no extra charges or customs fees, and my instrument actually turned up several days earlier than they said I could expect it. Communication was clear and UPS tracking allowed me to see where my package was en-route. Excellent service - I will be very happy to use Dv247.com again”

“Ordered an Ableton controller and a Soundcraft mixer for my small home setup, received a payment email but no confirmation before reading bad online reviews so began to have my doubts. Called the order number online and dealt with Joanne Sells who was super helpful, sent a new confirmation email over straight away and advised that the equipment would be with me within a few days, to email her with any issues and supplied a DHL tracking number. Stuff turned up from their warehouse in Germany as advised, well packaged and without fault. The price for the two items came to around 40 quid less than other places, I thought i should write a positive review regarding my experience as there seems to be a few negative ones :)”

“Had an item to return to Germany from the UK. I cant say anything bad here as the whole thing went very smoothly and I was refunded the full amount without question. Great help from Jo and the UK returns team too. I can only say it was a good experience. The unit I bought was not suitable for my needs. Not their fault. Thanks for the good service and I will be ordering from you again. .”

“I've been ordering stuff from DV247 for years with no problems. A week ago, I ordered a pedal power supply and shortly afterwards read all these bad reviews about how it's changed and is no longer reliable. So, I was a bit apprehensive to say the least! However, my pedal turned up 3 days earlier than estimated, the price was great and the quality, communication or order updates via email and packing was very professional. No problems at all.”

“I ordered online a white Fame DP 6000 at a fantastic price. Days and days passed and I received no correspondence so I decided to phone the store. They where very helpful and polite except they couldn't provide tracking information. Anyway, this morning, after nearly three weeks, it finally arrived. The packaging was incredibly excessive, the delivery person could only deliver it to the kerb outside my home (a fault of nobody because of the current pandemic) and having to assemble the digital piano was an absolute nightmare - I wasn't sure I'd have the strength left to play after the assembly Scenario. But..... I found the strength and when I did play it sounded beautiful! The piano is well made, solid and in mint condition. It was very much worth the price, effort and waiting time. I feel privileged to own such a beautiful looking and sounding instrument. I can't guarantee I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon but I can guarantee that next time I place an order it will be with them. Thank you Dv247. Blessed Be. x”
