On November 30 I received an email that said: "your items are on their way" and "it won't be long before you receive your musical addition to your home". And then, for the first time, "please check your tracking number to see if any charges are to be paid" because "any import duties or taxes due to clear customs is the responsibility of the customer." WTF. They never mentioned that before. And then: "If these are not paid the parcel will be returned to us by Customs." I'll never use them again.
As far as I'm concerned all US customers should avoid buying anything from Eagle Music. It has all the hallmarks of a scam. I don't think they ever sent anything. And after I pay the "customs" something else will go wrong requiring an additional charge. If they were a legit operation the customs charge would have been listed with shipping. I've never received the merchandise. Presumably. Eagle has it, and the money.”
