“A great shop and really useful stock of non-standard instruments and accoutrements (e.g C6 Lap Steel guitar string sets)
Very friendly staff - thoroughly recommended”
“Efficiency personified. Ordered my Mandolin which unfortunately was out of stock, they offered a more expensive piece with string update for a discounted price and it was delivered, set up, 2 days later.”
“Very impressed with Eagle Music Shop - Excellent service - I was unable to attend the shop in person so what convinced me to puchase was being sent three Whatsapp videos demonstrating/hearing the actual Ohana Tenor ukulele being played”
“Staff at Eagle are very, helpful and knowledgeable. After a few contacts it's first name terms and service is friendly and efficient. My orders for strings are sent same day, arriving next day. Couldn't be a nicer purchase experience.
Thank you Eagle people.

“I am very impressed with the service provided by Eagle Music. I very rarely buy an instrument that I haven't seen and played before purchasing but I know by experience that I can rely on the knowledge and expertise of the staff and along with the (free) check and set up of the instrument it will be playable (even in tune!) straight out of the box.”
