As an intermediate player, this instrument is a leg-up for me. From the outset, I found the banjo 'spoke' to me and my playing sounded at a whole new level. Individual notes were clean and crisp and the accuracy up the fretboard was excellent with the high notes ringing out clearly. As well as the 3-finger style I play a little clawhammer which shows off the versatility of the instrument. This is my banjo for life, a pleasure to own and a joy to play. It is a tribute to the designers who have my sincere admiration. The Eagle II has to be played to be fully appreciated.”
