“Very good as usual.
(The only thing that's not easy for dyslexics like me is the layout of the single string page. It would be a lot easier if the Loop and Ball strings were on different pages so you can't click the wrong one by mistake. Also the bronze and nickel.
Highlighting the gauge in a different colour or a box so that it stood out would also help enormously. Picking the right strings from that really long list is by no means easy).
But service and product quality perfect.”
“This is now my third ukulele bought from Eagle Music, the first was a Mainland mahogany concert in 2009, and they're all fantastic! My latest, a Mainland spruce concert is a pleasure to play, with a very bright tone (essential if you dont use a plectrum!). I WILL be buying another uke very soon from this shop!
Thanks to Matt who sorted my latest purchase out. :D”
“The Banjo I bought can not fault it. But the music book that came with the package . I could not figure out the photos describing the tuition. They were small and the quality was poor ; very dark. Then the tuner that came with the package, was no good, kept giving false readings. Other than that the main thing was the banjo, that I am pleased with.”
“Extremely helpful, prompt response to orders placed, perfectly willing to exchange goods for a slightly different model: all in all top customer service. Highly recommended.”
