“Thank you for your prompt service. However it took me a while to work out that the online order form only seemed to work if I typed my name in capitals! Maybe it was just me?”
“Absolutely perfect purchase. Emails answered to prompy and by a subject matter expert.
Had total piece of mind with choosing Eagle Music Shop and I was right. Did see the product elsewhere for a tenner less, but something just felt right and I was absolutely delighted when I opened the package. The uke was set up with care and I appreciated the great communication along the way.”
“I have been playing guitar for years, lots of slide. I had an operation to rectify this, but it was not completely successful, resulting in my pinky continuing to be bent.
I found it difficult to use my regular slides, but found this rotatable brass 1/2 slide which allows my pinky to fit..”
“As usual swift and efficient service and no mistakes. I have never been displeased with this shop and have even made a personal visit and was very pleased to receive good advice from experts.”
“Great service and excellent value: I live in Somerset so have no chance of visiting the actual shop - such a pity. As their online service is so good, however, in many ways it’s better than having a shop within range!”
