“Twice in about a month my flowers couldn't be delivered on the day. Why offer the service or adertise if you can't deliver.
First time I was offered $50 voucher. That's useless because if you just log on, you automatically get offered 40% off. There is no discount if you use a voucher.
Second time, I was refunded $5. That had no value as it was the ssme price as getting next day delivery.
If you can't deliver what you claim, go away so we can use a decent florist.”

I’ve ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday which did not happen. The courier apparently attempted the delivery, however no phone-calls have been made and no one has been contacted. The instruction was to leave it in safe place, which also did not happen. Not even sure if there were any flowers. Sunday nobody contacted me. Monday I was offered to pay more to deliver it again… WHAT??? When I asked for my money back - was told no. How does this business even exist. Please don’t use them!!!”
“I rarely post reviews but I won’t be using the again. Delivery dated changed 3 times after booking made - not good as flowers were for a friend who had lost a family member. Have never experienced anything like this when ordering flowers elsewhere. A real disappointment”

“This company is not a florist, they source florists and hike up the price. Also their website is hard to navigate if you need to contact them. There is no phone number, no where to write a review and they ar based in SA so if youre in WA and have an issue after 6pm SA time you cannot get in contact with them after 3.30pm WA time. Ordered flowers for mum mum on wat would have been her 43rd wedding anniversary with my dad. Ordered at 7am for same day delivery and they never arrived. I sent an email and when they called me the following morning, they said " the florest didn't get around to my order" they offered the delivery fee back after I asked for a refund and They would still sent the flowers that day. After another full day of waiting they still hadn't arrived and by this time their SA customer service was closed so I was unable to contact them again. The flowers did arrive later that evening but it was too late. When they contacted me again there was only a verbal apology not recognition. I told them I would not recommended them to others and the response was "ok I will let you go then" Really disappointed in their customer service, reliability and prices. Go to a proper florist if you want your flowers delivered on time and at a decent price.”

“Couriers failed to follow instructions left flowers in full afternoon sun. Easy flowers only offered a refund of delivery fee so I told them keep it this is the second time your couriers failed to read instructions will never order again. Hopeless!!!”
“I sent my sister flowers for Christmas which she received in the evening on the 23rd of December. They did look nice when they arrived. The following day 24th of December the petals had started to drop off. The next day 25th of December, Christmas day they were dead. I forwarded a complaint along with photos to easy flowers. They would not take responsibility for the disgusting flowers, but did offer me a voucher for $50 or $35 back into my bank account. What a blatant insult as I paid $136-90 for flowers that didn't last 2 days. As I will never use this company again I reluctantly accepted to be reimbursed with their pitiful amount of $35”
“I paid for a remote delivery service to unfortunately have wilted flowers delivered to a post office and not to the residential address as per my initial order. The purchase order stated that the address was deliverable, though in the remote category and at no time did I think they would be left in a post office room over the weekend. In addition there was not any offer of reimbursement by the company once contacted by myself for the inconvenience and disappointment caused . Normally I take the time to read Google reviews in advance when ordering products. If I had done this I would have found similar reviews and outcomes and not used this company . I don’t understand how a company would see this as reasonable customer service . I hope by writing this review I can help someone else avoid a very disappointing and poor value for money experience as mine.”

“The flowers were very poor quality, I ordered Aust Natives for a bereavement. What arrived was a box of wilted daisies. For the price paid and considering it was for sending condolences I expected better. I ordered the flowers to be delivered 2 days before the funeral. Got a call to say they couldn't be delivered until a day later, but no mention was made at that stage that I would not be getting something close to what was ordered. I will never use Easyflowers again.”
“Pretty much the same as the rest of the reviews on this page. The flowers were wilted and half dead not to mention the pathetic quantity and arrangement of them for $95 + $17 delivery fee. Yes, I was offered a $40 gift voucher or $28 refund which I chose given that I never want to have anything to do with this company again. Given the disappointment they caused to both myself and my wife we not only should of been refunded the full amount but also offered compensation on top. Will surely advise all within my social community to use anyone else instead.”

“Ordered flowers for 2 different people in one week. The first delivery arrived but flowers only. The add on balloon was delivered 5 hours later as it got damaged.
The second Delivery the person did not recieve flowers. I instructed driver to leave around the back if no one was home. Easy flowers checked and driver delivered them but did not follow instructions and left out the front and they were stolen.”
“They advertise that they deliver everywhere and then later on you discover your loved one has NOT RECEIVED them. Then you get a message saying sorry, but they don’t deliver there after all. DISGRACEFUL . Never trust this company EVER! Especially if you really love the person who you wish to give flowers to. If I could give ZERO, I would.”

“Wow! Interesting to read all the other reviews on here. I practically had the same terrible experience.
I ordered flowers from my grandma to be delivered the day before mothers day and paid a ridiculous $20 for local delivery - as opposed to $26 if I chose to have it delivered on actual mothers day.
The flower arrangement itself was $80.
The arrangement was firstly changed from bouquet to a mini box - that was my first alert - they called it a "substitution" - I called BS - none of the flowers were being changed, only the design. They said it was to make transportation easier. I told them for $20 delivery I expect the flowers to be transported the way they were purchased.
My grandma sent me a photo of the arrangement and I got a shock at how little quantity there was and how poorly it was put together - it did not seem like the person had training in working as a florist. It was very different to the photo provided online.
On complaint I was offered a full refund for delivery and then another $16 cash refund or a $30 voucher to use for the disappointment with the arrangement - I took the cash given I will never use these guys again. I had requested half refund ($40) since only half the flowers were provided, so I'm disappointed they only offered $16 in the end.
I usually avoid using third party agents for floristry work, however given the last minute mothers day gift I couldn't get another local florist who I was familiar with as they were sold out of stock.”
