“Absolute rubbish picture after picture no written format just what nm to tighten nuts up in the advert shows how to remove parts but nothing in the actual manual only bought it because haynes don,t print a manual for kuga mk 1 waste of money.”

“Not exactly what I expected, there is no fault finding flow charts to assist in fault finding at all, page after page of how to tight to do up thousand of nuts and bolts. Furthermore this manual covers multiple engines, some not even fitted in the SLk250 that the manual is sold as. I don't believe for one moment this is what a Mercedes mechanic would use as is totally out of date. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY”

“i bought a manual for an nissan elgrand on 23 rd december, except for a small number of pages it was all in very poorly translated english giberish with many of the diagrams in japanese only /basically useless i contacted the seller and have not had any reply/ this would be zero stars if i could. ken taylor quailified mechanic with over 50 years experience”

“I ordered an easy manual, I provided them with my vin number as they requested. After some time they notified me that they could not provide me what I paid for. They provided only excuses and offered other stuff but again no easy manual as they advertised for my Mercedes. I have gone back and forth spending my time and then finally requested a refund. I had to go to PayPal and start a dispute. I provided PayPal with all the emails to and from easy manual. It is not escalating to a higher level within PayPal. I would never advise anyone to deal with this easy manual! It is far from easy! One would think that a company would be smart enough to refund if they cannot provide the product, and not play the game of bait and switch with consumers! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!”
