“Hi there - I too was looking for a manual for the B-Max and eventually paid for the Easymanuals option;- Had I known then what I know now - I wouldn't have bothered. After paying the fee £14.99 - I was sent a link to their user site and spent many hours downloading what I thought would be the manual - it wasn't - after leaving the download running overnight and the following day, it finally downloaded a 6.1Gb file!!! This then requires you to install a version of Windows XP VMware Player into your computer which works as a virtual Windows screen within your existing Windows package - you should then be able to run the manual like you are in a garage -maybe?? After spending many hours and following the instructions exactly, it didn't run - and froze at the same point every time with the Blue Screen of death stating - "A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps: Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, as your hardware or software manufacturer fo any window updates you might need. If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode. Technical Information: *** STOP: 0x00000050 (0xE1454000,0x00000001,0*806380EE,0x00000001)". I contacted Support who in fairness offered to send a .pdf instead - but not for my model of B-Max! The .pdf was over 2344 pages long, but virtually all pictures and hardly any explanatory text. The pictures weren't good quality and finding anything wasn't easy. Proceed if you wish, but I won't recommend their product. Sorry”

“100% waste of time and money. Bought the manual for a Ford Kuga Mk1. What a joke, virtually no text, a series of a few poor photos which seem not to match my model. I bought this to find out the correct procedure to remove and replace the alternator. Would have been better spending the time actually doing the job rather than looking through this rubbish.”

“Nissan Elgrand manual is unintelligible. Obviously machine translated with incorrect grammar, words and the odd Japanese word that the computer couldn't translate thrown in. Picture captions are not translated (as the captions are not pure text).”

“The thumbnails that show what you get is not accurate. The information is in the pdf but it is not interactive. Support tried to help but stopped answering when I asked why there was such a difference to what was shown and what was given. Not very happy with the manual !”

No reply to date. I did the download path, unaware there was a time limit on access and how many times the file could be accessed”

I would highly recommend easymanuals to everyone who wants to save money by trying to diagnose faults yourself before that expensive trip to a dealer! Review from a very amateur tinkerer!”

“impossible to open, there is nothing easy about it. The numerous files that you have to try and download just to run the manual will not open on windows 10. If you try to download the files you get a pop-up box that tells you windows will not open these files because they are a security risk and may also damage your computer. I would not recommend these manuals to anyone, don,t bother look elsewhere.”

“Spent a whole office day fumbling around on our computer to accommodate an Instant Download WinRAR compressed set of files. After a near 12GB of files, I moved them to our Network Attached Storage box, then downloaded both WinRAR and VMWare applications. Upon extraction, the VMWare couldn't read or open the files, which were nearing 35GB expanded. This is complex stuff and ridiculous amounts of effort for a so called 'easymanual'. Now I am requesting my $26 CDN back and on goes the persuit to find a Volvo manual. Heck, I could have ordered something paperback from AMAZON or eBay!!! I would definitely caution anyone else considering this archaic method of downloads. Dave”

“The download does NOT indicate the multiple steps needed to download the file, unarchive it, go get a utility software, download that, get a key for the software to work, then run the downloaded files (RAR) through an unarchiver, then through the utility in order to be useful. Aboslutley the WORST system I have ever seen for what the use basically needs...a document file. Haven't you ever head of a PDF file? the whole world is using them. Look it up.”

“Absolutely no logic to the order of repair tasks. No index page, no contents page, none of the hyperlinks linking to other parts of repair manual work. Example - you want to remove the car battery? Look through pages 1 to 2019 to find your answer! No way of knowing if you are looking at a petrol or diesel model repair procedure because you don’t know which part of the manual you need to look at. The sub-heading may say ‘water pump’ but for which engine? I’ve given a review rating of 2 stars - one because it’s the only manual I’ve found for the Opel Vivaro 3, and one because the repair procedures are easy to follow if you are lucky enough to stumble across the right one.”
