“Bought on March, 24 the workshop manuel for Mercedes 500SL, very difficult to load, and impossible to Unarchive on my own. Finaly gave the hand to your help service via teamviewer software. The file has been extracted, but after a month of trials, it never worked, and since april; nobody answers to my messages. I spent nearly 20€ for this, and it never worked. It is robbery!”

“I purchased VW polo 2010-2017 service manuals, pdf version. What I got is exact copies from VW ERWIN car data. I think this is a shame, I think it is even not legal to further sell copies of the VW ERWIN data. I am robbed here, completely dissatisfied!!!”

“bought a jaguar manual. bullet points of features included, this is copied and pasted "Complete Wiring Systems and Schematics". there are no schematics, no diagrams, no connector pinout diagrams. jaguars are infamous to be plagued by electrical failures so i thought this would be a huge help. FALSE ADVERTISING! there is more accurate free information on the internet. I emailed easy manuals to be sure there weren't files missing, but i got a bot email response saying they received my email and no more contact. save your money, poor product with no customer support!”

“I checked up front with the seller of my engine type was in the manuals. After confirmation, I bought it and downloaded it. But after download I found out my engine type was not covered. So I contacted the seller. And he provided me a new link free of charge which did cover my engine type. Thank you for the ecellent after sale services”

No problems ith the download and it opened on all of my devices without any problems. The manual is excellent, better by far than those I have had for other vehicles in the past.
