My policy is “no returns” all communication was via Ebay and they sided with the bogus claim from the buyer.

Had 3 items effectively blatantly stolen from me via Ebay (payments reversed after items sent, misuse of returns, false claims on low value items that aren’t worth returning due to postage costs).
