“I ordered the wrong monitor - totally my fault. I completed the easy returns form, asking for replacement. I then decided I needed the replacement asap. Phoned Ebuyer customer service, who, without any hassle, changed my return and exchange to return and refund so that I could order the new monitor and have it delivered next day! PLUS I managed to get the new monitor in the sale so saved money! RESULT! Thank you Ebuyer! You are now my first stop shop!”
