“I know mistakes happen, but I had to place a second order to replace the RAM I was advised to purchase to upgrade a desktop computer for my son’s Christmas present. EBuyer’s staff were very polite and understanding, however it felt like it was my problem to solve, hence the need for a second order being placed before the problem was resolved.”
