“Again eBuyer had what I wanted and below the price of other stores. That and the service keeps me coming back. The website is easy to use and displays what you need to know about an item including, stock level, manufacturer's part numbers and offers. This makes it easy to compare prices elsewhere and check if it is the best deal I can get. I've bought items over the internet from eBuyer for almost a decade and I've not had any problems. Deliveries have been punctual and when an item has been faulty they have dispatched a replacement or advised how to deal with it. Free delivery option on items £50 or over has adds to the value and I used it again today. Thanks.”

“Although the courier namely "YODEL" which Ebuyer use is the worst in the country and the courier "YODEL" let me down yet again with my recent order spoiling an otherwise perfect Christmas, I do not hold a grudge against Ebuyer and have placed the order again. With 1 day delivery of course. I hope Ebuyer stop using YODEL very soon and go on to use a courier which has some credit, some business ethic the which supports Ebuyers reputation.”

“I ordered the wrong monitor - totally my fault. I completed the easy returns form, asking for replacement. I then decided I needed the replacement asap. Phoned Ebuyer customer service, who, without any hassle, changed my return and exchange to return and refund so that I could order the new monitor and have it delivered next day! PLUS I managed to get the new monitor in the sale so saved money! RESULT! Thank you Ebuyer! You are now my first stop shop!”
