“Your website is quite cumbersome. One has to hop back and forth from the basket to add more items, which is annoying. One should be able to add to basket and carry on shopping without having to go back and forth. Your prices are good though.”

“The site is really easy to use, and you normally have everything I want in stock. There is only one thing that bugs me, Special Offers. Although it's nice that you do loads of deals, when I search for a product I want, I don't want to see irrelevant products.”

“Always good value - and sometimes unbelievably cheap. Watch out for shipping costs though. I've got used to Amazon Prime now and sometimes what seems to be a bargain on ebuyer ends up more expensive than Amazon when you add the shipping cost in (esp. next day). Haven't had much need for their customer service, but on the one occasion I did, they were very efficient.”

“E-buyer is on the whole an excellent on-line store offering a wide range of products at extremely good prices. My only gripe is that they now class the Isle of Wight as an offshore island and yet if items are sent by Royal mail there is no extra charge so E-buyer make extra money from my purchases.”
