“I used to select Ebuyer as my first choice online merchant, until I had a disagreement with them in July 2008 about who paid for a returned product. I tried to resolve the issues with a faulty product and it involved the manufacturer. I decided to give them a second chance in January 2014, and make use of the January 2014 free-next-day-delivery offer. In general, it is easy to shop at Ebuyer. There is a good choice of products, prices are competitive, and they usually deliver within the agreed timescale. In the past, the products have been packed securely, and the online tracking has been accurate. I am awaiting my goods next Tuesday and I am confident that they will arrive as agreed.”

“A decent range of products competitively priced. I have been coming back for 11 years and always consider eBuyer when making purchasing decisions. Slightly harder to find precise products compared to some suppliers who have more pin-point accurate search. Never had a problem with shipping, goods always turn up on the day you select. Occasionally an order will get split and arrive in multiple consignments using multiple delivery agents. Bizarre waste of fuel two vans turning up, but no big issue.”

“I have been shopping with ebuyer for many years now, and I would have given them 5 stars,but my only problem is the returns policy it is such a long winded affair,I understand that the business they are in its easy for someone to break something then say it was like that when it arrived,But I really dont have the time to spend with the e-mails then phone calls to send stuff back this side of ebuyer is seriously lacking, and on low value items i dont bother, saying that, the positive side to ebuyer, is very positive, the buying side of it is superb, easy to find what you want,easy to pay,great deals, and the cheapest QUALITY parts that I have found .Thats why I keep coming back.”

“Ordered many goods and i have had just a single problem. I had to refer back to manufacturer for a solution rather then these guys resolving it as they are supposed to do. But given the keen price and quick delivery of all items they are still my first choice. I would worry about their response if i had problems on a high value item where the manufacturer is an unknown entity but in my experience very few retailers have excellent customer service in this field anyhow.”
