“I really like how easy it is to buy or return items with ebuyer I've lost count how many products purchased over the years, but one thing really REALLY! bothers me is that such a good company would choose to use a such a second rate delivery service from YODAL My heart sinks when I look at the track my parcel section to see Yodal is in possession of my carefully wrapped parcel.”

“When you send a customer an e-mail about an item with free delivery that isd what the customer expects not continuously been told that it is not free if you add another item for free! If your customer and I have purchased a few items over the past few weeks and happy with your service,we do not need the hard sell! if you wish an item you purchase the item not someone trying the hard sale on you if your are on limited funds-think about it.”

“I shy away from reviews generally, but I must comment on the exceptional and charming assistance I received when looking for a couple of monitors and PCs yesterday. It is rare when someone appears who understands instinctively how to deal with you, someone who knows when to apologise when she hasn't the detail at her fingertips, makes alternative suggestions and doesn't push you into buying there and then. A mature and intelligent approach which I warm to, oh, and she also had a good sense of humour - a bonus. The product quality, I'm sure, will be fine - and I never blame the supplier for a failure in that respect. Ebuyer is a supply portal which works well.”

“I always feel like there's a bit of a catch with eBuyer. Nothing is ever as it seems. I got lured in by your sale with free delivery and as usual it's free within certain terms and conditions, not just as simple as "free delivery". Love shopping on eBuyer and have bought lots of things for my previous company through it but just wish the deals would actually live up to the hype.”

“The site is easy to navigate, lots of delivery options. My only issue was when searching for a memory stick there did not seem to be an option to search under memory size, only make this made my search a bit longer than usual. The product I found was a very reasonable price, and was nice to have the review information available to be able to make an informed choice. I am looking forward to receiving my purchase soon.”

“Found the items I wanted quickly and easily USB stick and Micro to A USB converter but lost out on free postage on the USB stick because of the converter, that was a bit disappointing considering the size & weight of the converter. Apart from that niggle, good and will use again.”
