“ebuyer is a great site with some really good deals, it is easy to navigate and find what your looking for and making purchases is fast and secure. My only dislike about ebuyer is my postage was quite pricey and there was no options for free postage. other than this ebuyer is a great site and i would 10/10 use again i hope this is useful”

“Ebuyer has a good way to sort laptops by size etc. although there do seem to be the odd category with just one result due to an inputting error e.g. screen size. This might remove some items which might be better. Some explanatory text / guide on office software and operating systems would also be useful as i find it really confusing as to what works with what and what the benefits are. It was 50/50 between buying office 13 and using an old XP disk. I'm still not convinced its £100 well spent. Maybe i'll think it was in a few years time......”

“Quick and easy to use. Would give 5 stars but as they delivered my last parcel by putting the delivery label on the items box. It meant the gift I had purchased was immediately recognised by my wife when it was delivered so not the surprise I had planned!”

“Have used Ebuyer quite a few times and so far have no bad experiences, things seem to turn up when they should and billing etc is always spot on. Had the first occasion to need a warranty fix for a multi-function printer I bought a few months ago and Ebuyer arranged for an on-site visit and the printer was fixed and working within a day or two.”

“Good supplier - have used on several occasions now. Wish you could use English on the web site - the word is RELEVANCE not "Sort by relevancy" which is horrid. Also find it really annoying that opening a new page of search results or a "department" shows just the specials - I want to see the whole list immediately please - and without the top 3 irrelevant items that suddenly appear over the top of the page ten seconds later every time - argghhh - I was about to click on that item and now it's jumped off the bottom of the browser window - the site is not improved by these "features"!”

“I've bought a fair amount from Ebuyer over the years and have found them to be a solid company with reasonable support. However, I have also had one or two problems over those years which is why I removed a star since getting the problems sorted out is not as easy as Amazon or some other companies. Having said that I do believe they have improved their level of service but I've not recently had a way to test that. One of the things which a lot of companies do to compete with Ebuyer is on postage. It's sometimes hard to suck up the postage charges unless you are ordering something of high value to offset this. In all though they deserve a good rating and are a trustable company to deal with .”
