“Haven't ordered off e-buyer for years as a carriage charge is ALWAYS added to my order, even though I am supposed to have a carraige free token on my account. This time was the same even though the order was £95 (over the £49.99 threshold). Fortunately Firefox locked up and when I went back to delete my order the carriage charged was removed. I have placed many orders with Amazon because of the this E-buyer carriage charge. Maybe I should have persevered. I do try and support UK companies but I think that Ebuyer should sort out carriage charge at the till so that it isn't shown and then later removed. By the time it's removed, it's too late.”

“Easy set-up and installation colour print quality is amazing as is the speed. really cheep to run (£20 for a full set of compatibles on eBay) I found the buttons to be a bit clunky when navigating around the menu, The WiFi coverage on the printer seems to be poor - my phone and pc can see the router however the printer could not, Overall probably the best and cheapest colour laser printer around to-date”

“I resent being required to enter my date of birth. I entered 1900 and was informed I had to 'be over 11 years old' - Duh - so I entered 1912. I was required to enter a valid street name. There is no valid street name to my address as the auto-look-up confirms. I also resent being required to create an account simply to purchase a low-end piece of consumer electronics.”
