“Good prices and reasonable service. Have used Ebuyer for several years and although they do not always get it right, they generally put it right in the end. It's just a shame that their system cannot calculate VAT correctly and overcharges.”

“Every aspect of eBuyer's service is excellent, from the websites ease of use right through to the after sales and support. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great service all the way............. ...............until the delivery doesn't turn up, or arrives on the wrong day. Because they use Yodel for most of the deliveries. If eBuyer were to use a real courier instead, then it would be nigh on perfect all the way through the process. An excellent service from an excellent company with a real focus on the customer, let down because they use a courier who then treats those same customers with utter contempt.”

“Normally a good experience however I have just placed an order only to realize that I should have had multiple quantities of three items. I tried to cancel the order so I could revise it but it wouldn't let me. I couldn't find a phone number easily and the order then showed processing so I had to place another order. Very frustrating.”
