“Good product selection & prices but delivery options aren't great - £3 cheapest option for 5 days delivery & if you use paypal you have to go for more expensive signed delivery. Only use this site if I can't find what I need elsewhere. Seems like a very good site at first glance but delivery issue really changes the picture.”

“All was 5 star till payment time when firefox declared your site was unsafe because of certificate problems and one way or another, the paypal page ended up blank and your site said I hadn't managed to pay so I gave up in disgust, quite glad I came back when you emailed me . Thanks.”

“Very quick and easy experience, even though I had an old account I'd forgotten the password too. The website is nicely designed and feels good to use. Only minor quibble is that the product I ordered came with a reward of games, and I had to notice on the product page that I'd need to email them to ask for the download codes it was not handled automatically and nothing else notified me. But I did notice so no real harm done.”

I did telephone to see whether reductions were available if you buy several items and was disappointed in this respect - I was buying a laptop, a colour laser printer and Microsoft Office Home and Business and had thought a bit of a discount was a reasonable request.”
