“Shopping with eBuyer has always been quick and delivery on-time. The only time I have had a problem was when I had to return a LCD TV which had a damaged screen. I find the couriers who handle returns unreliable as they did not turn up on day agreed for collection. It took a lot of to-ing and fro-ing with eBuyer to finally get the TV collected and when a new one was sent, it had a cracked screen! So I had to go through the whole fiasco again. I finally got my refund but it was a very painful experience.”

“Have bought a number of items from Ebuyer and have had great delivery times and products delivered were correct and when promised. The only thing I would say is that the products that are listed have very little in the way of is it compatible??? You really must be sure you need that item before you click buy as there doesn't seem to be any technical help with various systems that are out there. No tech dept may cause some people problems and they may go elsewhere. All that said, if know what you want then this is the place to get it from”
