“I have used ebuyer on a few occasions now. They are one of my 1st stops for all things PC related (I've bought laptops, external hard drives, monitor and such like) they are always competitively priced and offer free delivery if you're willing to wait 5 working days (which I am, however, I find most items are received before that deadline). Thus far I've had no problems with my purchases (touch wood - because I've just bought another monitor from them today! ) and have had no cause to use their customer services or return policy, so cannot make comment on that side of things, but their sales side is highly recommended to date.”

“1. The "Change your details" option only allows a change of address, not payment card. 2. The last time I did a product review I was complimentary, but got an email back saying I had not used the right format. So - good products, but website needs work.”

“Having used ebuyer before and receiving excellent, fault free service and delivery, I've come back. Some difficulty logging in to my account after resetting my password and updating my profile with my new email address. It seems that successfully updating your email address doesn't feed quickly through to the login information as for some time the new email and password were not recognised and login required several persistent (and very frustrating) attempts. With order placed, here's hoping for another quick and fault free delivery.”

“Overall it was a good experience other than my payment being cancelled even though I had entered all the details correctly and more than sufficient money in the account, I would have liked Ebuyer to have tried a bit harder or to call and verify the details given for security purposes, but I suppose it could have just been when there were issues with the online banking for RBS/Natwest banks. SO I don't know who to blame. I would have liked a slight discount on my delivery so that I could still meet the date I had calculated out with free delivery, as I made sure I would have someone waiting to collect my order with me (since it is 25KG in a and 8 floors up without elevator). Time to r”
