“I have been using Ebuyer for over 14 years and have had very few problems with them and they offer good products at good prices. The one time when I did have a problem they sent a courier to pick up the item. The main problem I do have with ebuyer is thier choice of courier, yodel. would I recommend ebuyer? yes”

“Fantastic company. Usually the lowest priced for what I buy from them (computer stuff and household electronics) free next day delivery is a big bonus, free delivery is great but free next day?!!! It makes you wonder how other large companies get away with charging the prices they do.”

“Ebuyer is always worth looking at for excellent value branded products, as well a great 'Extra value' own-brand items, which are usually just as good, and often actually branded end-of-line products. Customer service is not bad - they sometimes take a day or two to respond, and the quirky E-notes system is a bit impersonal. Whatever is wrong with a simple e-mail? But I keep coming back, so there's your recommendation!”

“If you deliver as requested you will have just got me out of a fix after another retailer has let me down in not confirming whether or not they could deliver the monitor I ordered 3 days ago in time for my son's birthday on Monday. You have a lower price so that when combined with your next business day pre-noon delivery is less than £1 more than the other and will arrive on his birthday.”

“Quick and easy to use site. Some items lack a full spec or the images are not of the actual product e.g. Monitor has HDMI sticker on the front but no mention of that connection in the spec. Always competitive pricing. Free delivery tag is a little misleading. Sure there is free delivery but all deliveries under 5 working days are at cost. The sign makes you think it is Free not Free but with a condition.”
