“Range on offer: generally excellent Prices: generally good Delivery: usually excellent Catalogue of goods: can be chaotic, eg the same goods on offer under 3 or 4 separate numbers, all at different prices Personal catalogues: were useful, now seem to have gone out of the window. Have given up trying Delivery organisation: looks as though it could be much more efficient eg one order for a set of inks for a single inkjet printer often involves tiny deliveries from three separate warehouses. This must be a waste of everybody's money, never mind adding to global warming”
