“Search was good once on site and price was better than I found anywhere else. offers free delivery if prepared to wait or faster options if you require. a good choice of delivery available. only down side was that ebuyer did not come up in my google search I only found this site by first going into the manufacturers site. lots of other retailers came up on google product search. Will use again now I have found them.”

“I have used most of the main online shops, especially for computer items and components for the last 10 years. I nearly always return to Ebuyer in competitve situations as they have the best price and lowwest post. Most of the time my items arrive in a couple of days using the cheapest post option. Never had a problem with any item they have sent. Except once when the order was split in two and a small and cheap item received one evening and the shipping note was for the whole order. However the large and expensive item arrived the next morning even though phone calls to the Ebuyer office had resulted in me not being told that was happening. So I blew off more steam at their poor staff than was really necessary. Some 5 years ago and still shopping there.”

“i use ebuyer occasionally as the do have some great offers, i find that the shipping fees often increase the price of goods and think that the shipping fee's for small items like usb pens and memory cards should be free. i would have purchase another 2 items today but i am not because of the shipping fee's.”

“I use Ebuyer for most of my computer needs due to good prices and nice delivery options. It's a great online shop as long as you don't need to return anything. The returns procedure is a bit hit and miss as you might end up writing several explanatory e-notes having to repeat yourself. Staff on the phone can be rude, so stick to e-notes.”

“Buying from Ebuyer is always easy and quick. The products are always value for money. However, most often, buying from Ebuyer is often let down by the delivery company, don't know when the delivery will turn up and have to wait all day at home for the delivery. Some delivery companies are now texting a time slot when the driver will turn up, why don't Ebuyer use one of them. So we the buyer don't have to wait for EBuyer...”
