“I've been using ebuyer for a few years now and they've been consistently reliable. My only niggle is I do think some of their delivery options are a bit extortionate unless you go for the week long free delivery. You feel a bit stung if you can't wait for it. On the other hand their prices are generally the best around so that's why its only took 1 star from top marks. I've not had to deal with customer services yet (touch wood), so I can't comment on how helpful they are in that department.”

“I have been an Ebuyer customer for many years now and always find that their product range and prices are excellent. I have always had a good response in the event of faulty goods and cannot fault their delivery service. My main concern with their site has always been the poor presentation of product information. When i need components, i need to see as much relevant information as possible and clearly laid out. How many connectors, how much power consumption, The Amp ratings on rails for PSU's. Whilst this is available on some items (and has improved over the years), there is no consistency between descriptions. Some of the images on items leave a lot to be desired. Motherboards i have viewed today have very poor images that are extremely bitty and may as well not be there. Comparison tables would be a great benefit. Most Items have specific details that buyers look for when upgrading/replacing or building.”

“Always a quick and transparent experience shopping from ebuyer. The only reason I have awarded 4 starts rather than 5 is that despite being offered free 1-day delivery this kept being changed to 2-day (and charged extra) due to not being an address which had been delivered to before.”

“almost every aspect of shopping from browsing to returns is a pleasure with ebuyer.com. My only gripe is that the courier that they use will not do next day delivery to Carnoustie where I live, yet the same company will drive from Dundee to Arbroath (in between which is Carnoustie) daily.”

“e-buyer as a firm are very good , but I find that their use of City Link questionable . This is due to a number of issues that I have had with City Link such as delivering to the wrong place , lengthy delivery time , saying they have attempted delivery when they have not , etc.”

“Usually use Ebuyer as first port of call whenever I need something for the office and dont go checking prices all over the place as experience has taught me that I am usually wasting my time! Deliveries are usually very quick even with the 5 day supersaver. Only gripe is that returns are a bit of a hassle and time consuming. Thankfully have only ever had to return one item being a duff router out of the box. Everything else had worked just fine - even the cheap PC's sold without an Operating system. CDH”

“Competitive prices and normally deliver on time, although orders for multiple items are often split and sent in multiple deliveries which turn up at different times. If this is the case then the order is annoyingly split into multiple invoices, which means you have to find and print more than one page. Ideally one invoice for the whole order should be emailed to the customer.”
