“The site is very easy to use and the prices are very competitive. My only issue was that the basket icon was off screen with my browser at what I consider to be a comfortable size. This wouldn't be a problem if not for the fact that you can't scroll to the right with the top bar. Adding extra alternative links to the basket under the username drop down, or allowing users to scroll to the right would combat this issue. Otherwise I currently have no issues with ebuyer, and hope to shop here more in the future!”

“The website is very simple/clear and easy to use. Some sugestions that could have assist in my buying the laptop: 1) It would be useful if you can provide a jargon buster, which would it easier to compare the different laptops (or any product type). 2) The offering of refurbished laptops; I nearly bought a laptop from laptopdirect.co.uk! 3) Pricematch service would also be very useful. But overall very good.”
