“E-Buyer is great and quite easy to find the products you're looking for given that they are in stock as any other store. However, E-Buyer does out perform the competitions such as PC Wrld/Currys and Maplins. The competitors have turned into stores of a much lesser version of what they originally started out as. A major factor in their decline as stores. E-buyers market position has been determined by the fact that it represents what these mammoth stores once did. Learning from the past, the online store facilitates a lot more in way of finding what you need than an actual clerk on the floor of PC/Currys. Automation isn't changing the world poor services are and Ebuyer is farrthest from Pooer service delivery.”
