“I have used a Ebuyer a number of times and have been happy with the quick easy purchase and speedy delivery. However had a problem with a replacement product being sent to my old address even after having informed them I had moved since. Took almost 3 months to receive my headphones back as they had lost the item. I purchased another set of headphones having been promised a refund and once I had received my second set, they refused a refund. It may have just been a one off though.”

“I have used Ebuyer for many years, and the only time I have ever been let down is buy the couriers they have used rather than their service. Any problems I have had (which is rare) are sorted out very promptly. They are good on Price, usually being very competitive. May your excellent service continue for many more years.”

“The real test of a company is how they treat customers when a problem occurs. Thankfully I didn't have any problems with my order though, so I can't really say how good or bad eBuyer's customer service is. In terms of my order, it was dispatched and delivered promptly, the items well were packed and all work correctly (so far at least!)”
