“Great firm to deal with if you are sure of what you want. I had to return an item that did not do what it was supposed to do even though it wasn't faulty so I had to pay the return postage (the process was simple to arrange though). On the upside, they usually have plenty of stock, frequently offer free next day delivery deals and have a helpful website and generally very good prices. I'd recommend them.”

“Used them a number of times now over other overs for my computer related items, been no issues with their ordering, their website is easy to use but filter searches can be improved. And when there have been issues with the items i've order (I've had one DOA and one missing item) their support has been excellent. Would recommend!”

“E-buyer don't make it easy to configure a system from scratch, but then it becomes a learning curve and there is some merit in that. The website is ok, but it's not as easy to go back and forth between components when trying to establish compatibility, as some other websites do. BUT for me the reason I bought my system from e-buyer, it was all in stock and marginally cheaper than others. I've been buying from E-buyer for some years now and all in all, never had a problem when dealing with them. Well done E-Buyer.”

“Usually the cheapest. Always delivers on time. Never had faulty goods but judging by some customer reviews, replacing etc. doesn't seem to be a problem. Customer review section easy to read. Specifications on items are detailed and (not always but mostly) correct. Would be handy to have a PC builder section ie. enter your budget, specify reason for build (gaming, video processing etc.), press go and a breakdown of all necessary components and bits required are listed along with a tech guy/gal on the end of a phone to discuss (ok, last bit I'm probably dreaming but hey, in a perfect world no?).”

“ebuyer was always my favorite place to shop, it was very easy to use. The new design of website is almost too simple and as such has become more difficult to use. Sorry for the feedback, it wont stop us shopping here but we preferred the old site. My guess is that your sales have been affected and you may be thinking the same thing. Keep up the good work though!”
