“most things arrive when they say they will and are often trackable with the occasional one early (on free supersaver delivery) selection. Availability isn't always as good as it could be which i expect is down to popularity of the company and current trending of stocks. returns are dealt with promptly and efficiently that said I've been fortunate and only had to return several items in all the time i have been using Ebuyer (which is since they first went online). prices are reasonably competitive even if they are only a tiny percentage below my local retailer but locality gives them the advantage as its often worth the extra few pennies to be able to order and collect instead of waiting for delivery. overall i have no complaints with any element of shopping at Ebuyer and often recommend their website to my customers for their effortless ease of use and clarity of product description. a live chat facility wouldn't go a miss on the website for advice if it were logistically/fiscally practicle”

“eBuyer is normally an excellent company. There are issues but they are minor. For quick delivery you can't go wrong. Prices are pretty low but pay attention on the deals as sometimes an e-mail you get advertising a deal isn't matched on the price which shows on the website. Getting replacement items for faulty items is relatively painless but not helped by the awkward enote system. Searches aren't great but not as bad as one major DIY chain that's for sure. One thing that disappoints most is the lack of information on some listings. For example DVD players or TVs with DVD players in them are often not listed with supported formats. If I want DivX support and I can't verify the TV supports DivX, I'm going to go elsewhere as I did last year. Overall a decent company but eBuyer needs to pull it's finger out about the enote system, searches (some good features on it though) and item information.”

“Unfortunately, through 'related items' and not paying enough attention, i ended up buying the wrong spec product and now need to replace it. I am a little disappointed that when searching for USB 3.0 devices, i am still seeing USB 2 devices instead. foolishly, i assumed i would be seeing what i was looking for... more fool on me. Other than this, the whole process is excellent. the checkout, payment and, to my surprise, getting the delivery barely minutes after receiving a txt saying 'your parcel is being despatched'”

“Packaging on arrival very good, no problems using the website and delivery was okay but it was Easter weekend. Just ordered something else from them so I'll be interested to see how fast that arrives in comparison to next day delivery at £10+ which I think is quite steep. Favourite place to buy PC components though.”
