“Ebuyer is a very good company on the hole but they do use Yodel so delivery can be a bit of a pain, and customer service is not brilliant, but it all gets sort out in the end, other than that best value for money and a great product lines.”

“I ordered 2 Acer laptops. I put in my billing address, this is different from the delivery address. I could not see how to get the goods delivered to the delivery address as there was no delivery address window. I added a second address but that did not ask which address the goods were to be delivered to.”

“Always a smooth shopping experience at eBuyer web site, I have purchased from eBuyer for many year for both personal and business. Prices are almost always the best online. However, I would like all part deliveries turn up the same day and by the same delivery with a specified time slot like some delivery company is doing now. Keep up the good job! :)”

“I've used eBuyer for some time, before Amazon came in to the computing space. Their prices tend to be equivalent, or occasionally Amazon can have a better offer, so I usually buy computer parts from eBuyer if Amazon doesn't have a better price. I've never had any issues with eBuyer, and always received the ordered parts in a timely manner. The only thing that would be great is if eBuyer had a customer loyalty scheme - I've been a customer for probably over 15 years (my shipping addresses seem to reflect the various places I've stayed), and then eBuyer would likely get my business every time. All in all, a very good service, and no complaints.”

“I found the information reasonable. The site uses PayPal, which is good for me. Of course, to the less-than-tech-minded, it would have been good to have some information about the release dates of the different versions of the same machine... for me, the only way to tell the difference between a 2012 and 2013 Nexus is by looking at the installed version of Jelly Bean. Who knows what 2nd Gen is if you don't refer to the earlier version by that standard?”

“Ebuyer.com is quick and easy to use, however I did experience something odd; if I did not go through the log in process at the beginning before I added items in my basket, there is a shipping charge for the product I wanted (even though it states that it is free to ship in the UK). I think this could be changed or even looked at for future consumers. Overall, a gook website to purchase goods with a wide grange of goods to be purchased.”

“Good shopping process, easy to use and understand. Two small pieces of constructive feedback: 1. Don't ask people to supply card start date when it is not necessary for visa (a lot of people will fill this in when unnecessary). 2. When an item is free delivery, you should probably select the free delivery option instead of the most expensive as default Thanks”
