“I've only just placed an order, so I can't answer how happy I'll be with it! I've ordered from them before, though, and in the past everything has been very good. I did have a problem with a TV bought from them in the past, and returned it to the manufacturer, Hannspree - they were useless, I ended up having to accept a lower spec, reconditioned TV, but that was Hanspree's fault, not Ebuyer. To date E-buyer have always been as good as gold for me”

“Shipping costs to our address are too high. We are only <1.5 hrs from Central Belt of Scotland (main conurbation) and £8 charge is too high given the amount of courier traffic to our area given its outlying but high population. This puts me off buying and I now buy only when absolutely necessary. Many other suppliers do not hit us with this additional charge.”

“Has a good selection of product at reasonable prices. Offers free delivery within 5 days same as amazon but you don't have to get to a certain order level to have free delivery. The product normally arrives within the 5 day window and so far I have had no problems with the delivery or the products ordered.”
