“Simple to navigate website with lots of choice and ranges of electronic goods. Generally best place to look for PCs and supporting equipment (printers etc.) and storage HDDs, SD cards, USB sticks etc. Have not examined what else is sold in ebuyer's non-computing range.”

“Been using Ebuyer for 7 years! The free delivery gives Ebuyer the edge over most competitors. Enote support isn't the fastest, but once they reply, they get your issue resolved. They've worried me using a delivery company with an extremely bad reputation "Yodel", but the delivery has been fantastic over the last couple of months. I have been let down by the support a couple of times, but it is very rare, I order constantly and contact support very often. Sometimes things just aren't going to be perfect. Ebuyer is my primary choice when it comes to ordering parts.”

“Always easy to find what I need, eBuyer has been my main place for PC components for nearly 10 years now. The only only thing that would be superb (but I appreciate would probably be very hard to achieve) is some sort of service where you could specify the motherboard and be served up with hardware relevant/compatible with the mobo. Case in point; I was using it today to replace an old graphics card that had melted, and my mobo is a 5 year-old ASUS. I had to break out the old spec from the ASUS website in order to make sure I bought the correct graphics card.”

“Free delivery this month and so even better value. Normally delivery has been very quick and I've never had any problem over the last few years. My only grumble is having to go on line and print out business VAT receipts. These are often in light grey that don't print well. And I have found on occasions that an order with multiple items becomes multiple invoices instead of just one. I would prefer to be emailed clear A4 invoices in black and white, not grey.”

“I tried to make an order to make use of 'free next day delivery'. When it came to pay I selected PayPal. Ebuyer decided that as I had not placed an order to my address via PayPal before they would change from 'Free next day delivery" to second working day delivery and charge postage. Now I can accept their caution but it would have been nice to have been told before ordering, or been given an easier way of cancelling the order. I did manage to cancel the order, before paying, but I felt it caould have been a simpler process. Perhaps a 'Delete Order' button on any of several pages. I subsequently placed the order, paying by another method.”

“Always love using buyer, great products, great service. Got an email today saying free next day delivery, so I ordered some products to find that 'FREE' next day delivery is actually £1.51!?!?! I go to check out and the 'FREE' next day delivery has increased to £1.52?!?!?!?!?!?!!? Not very impressed, I would like a refund of the delivery please.........”

“eBuyer purchases have always been good and uncomplicated to date, and easy to do business with. Normally good info, but had to look on manufacturers site to find specs of an exDisplay unit this time. Made purchase, but bit of a risk as been repaired and ebuyer chose not to provide any info around guarantee or support. Do not know if this was an oversight or deliberate, but not good customer care - anyway, I took the risk based on the cost differential - hope not to be the fool.”

“I have used Ebuyer for quite a few years and all in all they have been the least painful to use. There have been the odd hiccup at times, a faulty motherboard came back as OK and then promptly blew up but when speaking with the staff they are always friendly and you get the impression they are doing all they can. The only real downside is the delivery company they use is possibly the worst one out there with "missed" deliveries, incorrect delivery times and paying for next day and getting it two days later.”

“Generally a good supplier with excellent prices. The only problem I have had was when I needed to return a faulty item, but after some difficulties the matter was resolved to my satisfaction. They need to improve their after sales service a little so only four stars not five, but happy to deal with them in the future.”

“Prices seem ok and competitive against amazon on a good few items. However, the payment system needs a look at. I ended up having to use paypal to pay for an item because it would not accept my visa due to my banks security. This works normally on other sites but ebuyer seemed to have some trouble displaying the relevant security screen!”
