“I've now bought a fair few products from Ebuyer.com, and by the nature of these purchases (the components for several complete PCs) I've spent a fair bit of money with them too. Ultimately I've received nothing but good service from them, on the one occasion I needed to return an item they were very helpful and the process was completed efficiently. My only criticism would be that items can take quite a while to arrive when using the free delivery option but this may be the fault of the courier, I'm not sure. I shall continue to make use of their extensive product range and decent pricing for the foreseeable future.”

“I had a problem with my first attempt at ordering - the card verification screen took so long to appear that I thought it didn't apply to me and I closed it. I got an email to say that my order was complete and being processed for dispatch so I thought no more about it - 15 minutes later I got an email to say that the order had been cancelled but I didn't pick this up until I got home from work. The purchase was time critical to me! I have re-ordered and hope I get it in time!”

“ebuyer are often among the most competitive suppliers for high-tech equipment. They are also pretty efficient - their free delivery option is quite often in practice next-day or day-after-next, even though it's advertised as being 5 working days. Many years ago they got a (deservedly) bad reputation for failure to address customer complaints/returns in a timely fashion - I had a case where they sent the wrong item (a bare disk drive) and it took me many emails and several weeks for them to sort it out (and there were other people who had even worse experiences). However, as I understand it, they came under new management some years ago and their customer service was greatly improved. I've certainly never had any problems with them since.”
